Learned things
I Learned the importance of communicating what I like and what I am good at in English from Tomomi's presentation. I'm not good at English, so I wanted to learn English from what I like. By doing so, I can continue learning English. Also,I thought "Ikigai chart" was so amazing.I want to do what I like and do a job that is useful to someone else. For example, I like natto, so I want to tell many people how good it is.Interesting things
I was interested in the fact that sake is made differently from wine. In addition, I am interested in koji because it is used in sake, and koji is also used in miso, etc.
I want to cook with koji.
Surprised things
I was surprised that spreading local food was connected to the SDGs. Climate change is progressing in the world now, and I am interested in SDGs.
Also, I was surprised that people of different races and different countries were connected through the project.
I also want to participate in an international project. And I want to inherit traditional food.
Question
I want to know what was difficult in the process of moving forward with the project. Also,I wondered if the taste of sake would change depending on the type of rice.
