My Cooking Experience
It took me about 30 minutes to read and fully understand the article. Since this was a Japanese home-style recipe, I already had all the ingredients at home! So I didn’t need to go shopping. I was able to follow the instructions exactly without making any changes.
One difficult part was removing the sinew from the meat. I had never done it before, but it turned out to be easier than I expected when I actually tried it.
Process

Review of the Recipe

The curry powder in the sauce gave it a great smell.
However, one weakness was that the flavor was too strong. I was worried about the amount of soy sauce, but I followed the recipe. In the end, I think it was too much. The sauce took a long time to reduce and became even stronger.
I would give this recipe a rating of 4.2 stars because it was easy to follow and the chicken was very tender and tasty. But the strong flavor kept it from getting 5 stars.
